We As One, “Teamwork in Action” Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project in Madrid

We As One is proud to take part as a partner organization in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “Teamwork in Action” (Project No: 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000300857), coordinated by KUFF Asociación de Solidaridad con Refugiados y Minorities. The project will take place in Madrid, Spain, between 8–14 October 2025, bringing together young people from Spain, Türkiye, Latvia, Romania, and Hungary.

The project has been designed to demonstrate that cultural diversity is a powerful resource rather than a challenge in today's international workplaces. By bringing together participants from different cultural backgrounds, "Teamwork in Action" encourages young people to build inclusive environments based on cooperation, mutual respect, and equal opportunities.

Throughout the exchange, participants will engage in non-formal learning activities focused on intercultural communication, teamwork, leadership, empathy, and conflict resolution. Interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, simulations, and collaborative group activities will provide practical experience in managing cultural differences while strengthening professional and social competencies.

As the Latvian partner of the project, We As One contributes to promoting intercultural dialogue, active youth participation, and social inclusion. The exchange also provides valuable opportunities for participants to improve their foreign language skills, discover the benefits of the Youthpass Certificate, and gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme.

Through international cooperation and shared learning experiences, "Teamwork in Action" aims to empower young people to become more open-minded, culturally aware, and better prepared for diverse educational, social, and professional environments. The project highlights how collaboration across cultures can create stronger communities and a more inclusive Europe.
