We as One Strengthens International Cooperation Through the "Hopeful Horizons for Refugee Youth and Children" Project🤝

We as One proudly took part as a partner in the Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project "Hopeful Horizons for Refugee Youth and Children" (Project No: 2024-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000199311), coordinated by KUFF Asociación de Solidaridad con Refugiados y Minorías. The project was implemented in Madrid/Alcobendas, Spain, between 5–13 November 2024, bringing together participants from Austria, Türkiye, Spain, Latvia, North Macedonia, and Ukraine🎊

Designed to promote social inclusion and intercultural understanding, the project focused on raising awareness of the realities faced by refugee children and young people. Through non-formal education methods, collaborative learning, and intercultural exchange, participants explored ways to combat discrimination, encourage empathy, and contribute to more inclusive communities.

As a project partner, We as One actively contributed to an international learning environment where young people exchanged ideas, experiences, and good practices with peers from across Europe. The project offered participants an opportunity to develop essential competences in teamwork, communication, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue while gaining a deeper understanding of refugee-related issues.

By participating in Hopeful Horizons for Refugee Youth and Children, We as One once again reinforced its commitment to supporting Erasmus+ initiatives that empower young people, promote equality, and encourage solidarity across cultures. The project demonstrated that international cooperation remains one of the strongest tools for building a more inclusive and compassionate future✨
