Teamwork in Action Concludes with New Skills, Strong Partnerships, and Lasting Impact💪 🚀

The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “Teamwork in Action” (Project No: 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000300857) has successfully come to an end in Madrid, Spain. Coordinated by KUFF Asociación de Solidaridad con Refugiados y Minorías, the project brought together partner organizations from Spain, Türkiye, Latvia, Romania, and Hungary, with We As One proudly participating as the Latvian partner throughout the mobility.

Over the course of the project, participants explored the value of cultural diversity in professional environments through a wide range of non-formal learning activities, including workplace simulations, intercultural communication workshops, discussions on business culture, teamwork exercises, skills mapping, and collaborative problem-solving sessions. These activities enabled young people to transform cultural differences into opportunities for cooperation, innovation, and mutual learning.

The exchange not only strengthened participants' intercultural communication, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking skills, but also encouraged them to challenge stereotypes, promote inclusion, and develop a deeper appreciation for diversity. By working closely with peers from different countries, participants gained practical experience that will benefit them in their future careers, educational journeys, and community engagement🎯

The project also increased awareness of the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme and highlighted the importance of the Youthpass Certificate in recognizing learning outcomes acquired through non-formal education. Participants completed the exchange with enhanced confidence, stronger international networks, improved language skills, and a broader understanding of European cooperation and global citizenship.

As a partner organization, We As One is proud to have contributed to the success of "Teamwork in Action." The friendships established, the knowledge shared, and the experiences gained throughout the week will continue to inspire participants long after the project has ended.
